HOPI EAR CANDLING
Hopi Ear Candling originated from the Native American Hopi Indians of North Arizona.
'Hopi' means peaceful people. An ear candle, made with natural ingredients including linen, beeswax, and honey, is lit at one end and gently placed in the ear.
This creates a slight under-pressure (the chimney effect) inside the ear candle and a vibration of the rising air column through the natural movement of the flame serve to gentle massage the eardrum.
The treatment is followed by a relaxing pressure point facial massage. Effective for: Headaches, Migraines, Sore Throats, Sinusitis, Glue Ear, Excessive Wax, Catarrh and Snoring.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage is a wonderful relaxing treatment - this therapy has been practised in India for over a thousand years.
It is ideal for any neck or shoulder tension as it works deeply over the muscles in this area and also pressure points which help the muscle to relax.
The Neck and Shoulder Massage is followed by a Reviving Scalp Massage which relaxes and stimulates - working over the whole scalp - encouraging circulation to move to this area bringing with it oxygen and nutrients to revive the brain.
It finishes with a Soothing Face Massage which works using pressure points and draining techniques which has helped headaches and sinus problems. This aims to relieve stress and tension in the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. It increases circulation and loosens tight muscles. It is an easy treatment to offer, as it can be performed fully dressed and seated.

HOT STONES THERAPY
Since the birth of time, many ancient cultures have used the healing power of stones for medicinal and spiritual purposes.
Harnessing the properties of the volcanic basalt stones, we bathe them in warm water and anoint them with spicy, sensual aromas.
Small stones are placed on key energy points on the body, evoking an aura of warmth, whilst the deep penetrating heat from the stones are used to massage the body to release muscular tension and balance the spirit.
A ritualistic and spiritual hot and cold stone massage, originally based on the traditional healing practices of the Native American Indians. With this massage, one stroke with a warm stone is equivalent to five to ten with the hand.
The result of this massage, is five to ten times better than a manual body massage.
Aromatherapy is perhaps one of the most popular complementary therapies.
Essential oils work directly on the chemistry of the body and are suitable for people of all ages.
The massage uses chosen essential oils produced naturally by plants & trees to actively work on a range of emotional & physical elements to improve & aid wellbeing.
